Greg and keeping a diary

Hi folks!

Do you keep a diary?  Do you wish that you kept a diary?

Diaries can be a wonderful way of recording life as it goes by and fabulous to look back on, making you laugh and cry!

The diary of a wimpy kid (Diario de Greg) is one of the most popular book series that we have in the library.  Can anyone tell me why?

It does make me laugh when he writes about his parents - they sound just like me! What about you? Do you identify with Greg or one of the other characters?
